National Labour Movement (NLM) |
The National Lbaour Movement (NLM) was a political party in Saint Lucia.
The NLM was established in 1961 by dissident Saint Lucia Labour PArty (SLP) legislators John Compton, Vincent Monrose, and Maurice Mason. Shortly before the 1964 elections the NLM merged with the People's rogressive Party (PPP) to form the United Workers Party (UWP), which went on to win the elections. |
