National Democratic Movement (NDM)
The National Development Movement (NDM) is a democratic political organization committed to the realization of the considerable development potential of the nation of Saint Lucia and its people.

The NDM is open to all citizens, residents and friends of Saint Lucia regardless of age, race, gender, creed or current or prior political affiliation that are prepared to uphold the philosophy, principles and priorities of the Movement.

The NDM believes that education, knowledge, hard work, discipline, integrity and love of country are the key to building a community in which prosperity and opportunity are created for all, and not just for a few.

The NDM believes that the nation will only be as strong as the weakest of its citizens, and is committed to strengthening the weak and the poor so that all can prosper, together, through shared effort, in a society in which harmony and a spirit of mutual respect and tolerance prevail.

The NDM opposes discrimination against any person, on the basis of age, race, gender, religion or political affiliation and upholds the right of every citizen to have access to employment, opportunity and justice.
