Political Parties in the Bahamas |
The Bahamas has a two-party system, which means that there are two dominant political parties - The Progressive Libral Party (PLP) and the Free NAtional Movement (FNM). It is difficult to achieve electoral success under the banner of any other party. A third party, the Democratic National Alliance (DNA) contested to 2012 General Elections. |
