The Parliament of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is unicameral - has one chamber. The House
of Assembly has 15 members, elected for a five-year term
in single-seat constituencies by first-past-the-post voting. There are also six appointed senators. |

- British Commonwealth citizenship
- Ability to speak and read the English language
- Support of six electors of the constituency
- Deposit of EC$500, reimbursed if candidate obtains at least 1/8 of the votes cast |
