General elections were held in Saint Lucia on 25 June 1964 for the 10-seat Legislative Council.
A total of 27 candidates contested the election. The George F.L. Charles led St. Lucia Labour Party (SLP) presented a full slate of 10 candidates, while the United Workers Party (UWP) led by John Compton presented eight candidates. There were nine independents.
The result was a victory for the United Workers Party, which won six of the 10 seats. Voter turnout was 51.9%.
