People's Progressive Party (PPP) |
The People's Progressive Party (PPP) is a political party in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The PPP was officially launched in mid-September 2012.
The PPP’s slogan is ‘A new horizon’ and has a sunrise as its symbol. Its platform tackled economic development; education; healthcare reform; affordable housing; social services; environmental protection; creation of a community investment act; comprehensive immigration reform; and transparent governance.
The party contested five seats in the 9 November 2012 general election, but failed to win any seats.
